[Tugindia] Using Devanagari

Sorry for the inconvenience.
I have  the latest package update for Devanagari
package. I have installed on the computer MikTeX and
WinEdt. How should I process the input to generate a
.dn file before processing this .dn file using LaTeX2e
??
