I would request Dinesh to follow it up in the indic-dev list. I'm
afraid, most of our listers might find this a hard nut to crack, nor
might be interested to hear more about this. Since we have a list for
advanced technical discussions, those who are interested can join
indic-dev@tug.org and continue.

Let the root list remain as a general discussion forum plus technical
help for practical problems with TeX and friends.
