As I understand the suitable document class for thesis purpose is "report". I would like to know whether I am right or there is some thing better than this. Any tip, suggestion, precaution is welcomed. As usual, thesis may run from 200 to 300 pages. Till date, I worked in "article" class. --- H.S.Rai
