o) You can visit www.tug.org.in and can purchase CD.

o) Install Linux from any popular distribution ( RedHat ) on
   your PC, you will get LaTex installed.

o) Download from internet (may be difficult due to large
   file size) from mirror site of ctan. Check at
   www.ctan.org
