[tug-support] LaTex question

Dear Sir or Madam:
Are you aware of any way to have a watermark printed on each page of a LaTex-compiled article? 
For example, I would like the the words "Proof Copy" printed across each page of an article to be sent to the author for proofreading.  I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can offer me.
