[tug-support] Dissertation formatting

To whom it may concern--

I have a fully written dissertation in LATEX, but now it has to formatted 
for the dissertation secretary. Some of the problems should prove 
interesting. Could you put me in touch with someone who can handle special 
formatting problems. Money is no object. Within reason of course. I also 
need the paper completed for the advisor by 3/25.
please help.
