[tldoc] doc tweaks continue

Well, discouraging but expected, a couple more small changes to the doc
were needed, since the image on the DVD is no longer live.  Although
more could be done, I hope this will make it so at least we're not
saying something outright wrong.  I'll try to be more verbose about it
on the web pages.

The top-level readme.en.html/README.EN had to be changed too.

Sorry I didn't realize this earlier.  The changes are below.
