[tldoc] Translating TL tlmgr/installer

Dear all,
if you have a bit time it would be great if you could take a look
into the translation of the new GUI. Several strings have changed
and currently many translations are bogus.
Please see below for the current status.
The list of recent translators is:

Can someone tell me who was doing the zh-tw?
If there are names missing please tell me, I will from now on keep
a file in tlpkg/translations/translators which adds entries for those
who did the work. Please tell me if I forgotten you, easily possible,
I only extracted the last changed field from the po files.
Please get the latest XX.po from svn:
http://www.tug.org/svn/texlive/trunk/Master/tlpkg/translations/NN.po
(replace NN with your code)
and use any of the po editors.
Please either send fixed files to the list, to me, or check it
in yourself.
