Embossing package and Generative AI from Google

If I go on Google and ask the question:

    latex how to produce embossed text

I get a fairly elaborate text from Generative AI telling me I can
use the "emboss" package and giving me details on how to load
it with

  \usepackage{emboss}

and examples ... and so on .... like

    \embosstext{Hello, world!}{2pt}

The only problem is I can't find the "emboss" LaTeX package, not on
CTAN, not anywhere else.

Has anyone ever heard of it?
