[texhax] installing newly created fonts

Hi, all.

I created some expanded fonts via afm2tfm, but am having trouble getting
them to be used fully. Details are at

Briefly, I want to use dvipdfmx to create pdf from dvi, but when I use more
than one font, there are spacing and scaling distortions. Even with one
font, the map file is not always found. I'm hoping that this mailing list
can provide more help.
