[texhax] Using Times New Roman

I have never used any font but CM before.  But I am publishing in a journal that requires Times New Roman.  The journal takes pdf copy and offers no class file.  When I typed "Times New Roman" into the ctan search window, nothing was found.  Nor when I typed Times Roman.  Can someone point to a template for this?  I would also like to change the page size to A4.
