[texhax] How to download TeX 3.14159265?

Hi Han,

you need to install a TeX distribution, I would recommend you to use
TeX Live from http://tug.org/texlive/

I am certain there's lots of documentation in Chinese available but
maybe one of your fellow students can give you a quick tour.
