[texhax] Problems with installation

I have an old computer (vintage 2004) running Win-XP, It has Miktex 2.7
on it and, in order to free up disk space, I decided to install the latest
version I have on its second disk drive (and then uninstall the 2.7). It
turns out that the te live 2013 DVD is unreadable because the drive
reads only CDs. So I decided to use the Tug installation. I went to Tug,
downloaded install-tl.zip, unzipped it and then ran install-tl-windows as
prescribed by tug. Here are the error messages I got:

Any idea what went wrong?
