[texhax] trouble installing TeX Collection 2013

Hmm.  Well apparently it works now given that I fixed the permissions
by hand.  I located the FixMacTeX2013 package:

/Applications/TeX/What Is Installed.pdf
/Applications/TeX/FixMacTeX2013.pkg

But the What only says "FixMacTeX2013 is a small install package which
can fix problems which occasionally occur when a system containing
MacTeX is upgraded to a later version of the operating system." which
doesn't tell me what it does exactly and the pkg itself is binary.  So
I hesitate to run it.  It would be nice to have it be a text script so
that people could see what it does.
