[texhax] Trouble in compiling PNASTWO.tex sample latex file on MacTeX

Hi,
        I have been trying to use the PNAS latex sample in TeXworks on my mac, but having problem in compiling this. I have tried with sample given in the PNAS website, but still having problem. It does not reproduce the same PDF as given in the website. May be some font problem, but not sure how resolve this. I have attached part of the log file and the output PDF.

Please do help.
