Same as under Unix.

Please simply do what the documentation says and do not put arbitrary
space characters into file names and LaTeX commands. 

Furthermore, I recommend to configure the Windows Exploder to display
filename extensions too.  Then you see complete file names, not only
parts of them, in directory listings.
