[texhax] AMSTeX

Hello All,
 
I just got a new computer (MacBook Pro, running Mountain Lion), and I have TeXtures (from Blue Sky Research) and TeXshop running on my machine.  I have been unable to decipher the various sets of instructions that I have found on the web for installing AMSTeX.  Can anyone help?
