[texhax] macro expansion trouble

Hi Heiko,

Thanks for your helpful and quick response!  I opted for the following
solution, which I think is more readable, because it avoids the long
chain of expandafters:

  \def\BeginAxis{\begin{axis}}
  \expandafter\BeginAxis\expandafter[\Arg]
