[texhax] Tabular problem

Aargh!  Yes it does.  I looked up only the style parameters, but as I 
looked the Companion (1st ed), I see nothing about a location parameter. 
In fact the main pointer in the index to pp. 50-51 points to pages in 
which there is not one word about the tabular environment.
