[texhax] Query on style files

[Douglas Quinney]

Can you offer help please. I need to include a style file as attached -
where should I put it?

I've tried

Library ->texmf -> tex ->latex

but OzTeX can't find it. Do I have to re-initialize the system in any way
once installed.  Any help would be appreciated.
