Yes, I am, this is true.  But as far as I can tell from the XeTeX
documentation, the \font qualifier accepts only RGB triplets.

As far as the artwork is concerned, the original for the "Thai-An"
logo is on a currently dead machine (XeTeX + PGF/TikZ) and cannot
be resurrected in time; I have converted the resulting PDF to a JPEG
and subsequently altered it in Paintshop Pro X.  The photographs
are just that, and are also JPEGs.

If you can suggest any way in which I can convert all of these from
RGB to CMYK, I would be most gratful -- my knowledge of colour
gamuts is almost non-existent, and although I do know that there
are some colours in RGB that simply cannot be replicated in
CMYK, that is about the limits of my knowledge.

For what it's worth, I am using the following in the XeTeX source :

FF0000 00FF00 0000FF 007F00 003F00 462307 EE1111
