[texhax] Configuration of TexLive 2010

Dear Sirs,

I need your help. I installed a TexLive 2010 in my PC and i cried a simple tex file like this:

\documentclass[12pt]{article}   
\usepackege[T1]{fontenc}
\usepackage[brazil]{babel}

\begin{document}
É muito importante a ação padrão céu.
\end{document}

than a run it with pdflatex. The pdf appear strange, with a code i´ve never seen before.....
I don´t know to solve this problem. How should i do ....
See the log and pdf files.......

It appears to be a font problem.
