[texhax] Adding a caption before a framed environment

I want to add some small text (a caption) just before a framed
environment (above it), in such a way that no page break happens between
the text and the framed environment.

The framed documentation says that

A page break is allowed, and even encouraged, before the framed
environment. If you want to attach some text (a box title) to the
frame, then the text should be inserted by \FrameCommand.

I am trying to do that, but it does not seem to be trivial. Any help is
welcome in accomplishing this.

Regards,

Romildo
