[texhax] Error loading Pstricks package

Why?????  I'm not aware about any TeX distribution which doesn't
provide pstricks.  Can't you use the package manager in order to
install missing packages?

You neither said which operating system nor which TeX distribution you
are using.  If you have TeX Live, run the program "texhash" in order
to update the filename database.  MikTeX has a similar command but
because I don't have Windows, I can only propose to read the MikTeX
manual.

If you have further questions, please tell us

  1. which TeX distribution you are using

  2. and which operating system
