[texhax] migrating tug.org to new hardware; downtime 8/25

FYI ...

Kaja and I plan to migrate tug.org to new server hardware soon; we're
tentatively planning on making the switch on Tuesday August 25,
starting around 5am-6am US/Pacific = 2pm-3pm Denmark time.  All services
will be down for at least an hour, but not much more, if all goes well.

Please think happy hardware thoughts for us.
