I have downloaded the .iso.lzma, decompressed it with the tex-live
program and all went well.I do not have access to the compressed file
at home but i would imagine that the program 7-zip would also
decompress the lmza file as several other decompression programs will.
 7-zip for windows does have a gui interface and the non command line
user might be more comfortable with it.  The texlive version is very
small and appears to be very efficient - as one would expect from that
source.
