[texhax] Appendices to Chapters

check the subappendices in the memoir manual, this might do the job

\begin{subappendices}

\section{First appendix to this chapter}

blah blah

\section{Second appendix to this chapter}

blah blah

\end{subappandices}

\chapter{Next chapter}
