- The hyperlinks in the footnotes are broken
- The HTML version of the article has (according to the w3c validator)
  194 errors (including such trivias as no doc type)

This is ACM: An organisation that happily accepts non-ASCII characters
in it's online membership management but can only print ASCII
characters on it's mailing labels and diplomas.
