[texhax] hyperref side effect

Thanks, but the topmargin does the job (though it shifts the display
up on the screen while it corrects the pdf).  I don't want to have to
change my class files and I don't want to do this all the time.  The
question is why it's happening.  It seems to be an unnecessary side
effect.
