[texhax] MiKTeX documentation

If you are using Windows you will find a dvi version of the manual  in

c:\miktex_2.7\doc\latex\crop\crop.dvi.  (Yow  may have to change the
initial directories in the path to reflect where miktex is installed
on your system)
