[texhax] hyperref PDF-specific display 'rotate pages' option?

Acrobat Reader has a View->Rotate View->[Clockwise/Counterclockwise] 
toolbar command i'd like to activate upon opening w/ a hyperref command, 
such as with pdffitwindow=true.  reading through

suggests that this is a "PDF-specific display option".  rotation is 
mentioned in the 'form specific' options.

i conclude that hyperref doesn't have such an option - am i correct?  i 
admit to having an older version, but i read through the latest package 
and still did not see indications towards such a command.
