[texhax] Cannot get international language support in bibliography ...

Thank you all for the help. I managed to solve the problem with the hint
gave by Tom Backer Johansen.

Also, letters are:

Đ - U+0110 LATIN CAPITAL LETTER D WITH STROKE

đ - U+0111 LATIN SMALL LETTER D WITH STROKE
