But this is weird.

By accident, I put the \setcounter command BEFORE \documentclass

I know this is wrong, and the \setcounter command works correctly now,
but I didn't get any errors or anything when I did it wrong.

I also still need help on how to refer to sections without numbers, as
now it is setting things as

in subsection    

with nothing there.
