[texhax] MacTex install help. PLEASE HELP!

Hello,
I am trying to install MacTex for my MAC. According to your directions I am
to retrieve it from the nearest CTAN mirror. The nearest one for me is:
ctan.math.utah.edu/tex-archive/systems/mac/mactex

I was able to access this website but there are 5 downloadable files.
Which file or files do I download?
