[texhax] Question about proTeXt installation...

Hi Andrew --

    I get an HTTP 404 error from the following link
    "http://tug.org/protext/ftp/MiKTeX/Setup/setup.exe" (and,apparently, all
    others in the PDF document).

You have to actually download the distribution and view the document
locally to do the installation.  (At least I think this is the issue.)
