Hi Martin,

Sorry about the delay.. been rather busy with stuff.  I tried your code 
and ran it through latex and it complained about a missing lmordern.sty 
- so I hit enter and it ran through but with a warning:

LaTeX Font Warning: Font shape `T1/cmr/m/n' in size <426.79134> not 
available
(Font)              size <35.83> substituted on input line 6.

The & that comes out is large, but nowhere near page-size.  Do you know 
how I can make this font available in size 426?
