[texhax] align numbers in a table

tabular..., not tabbing. For the second column, alignment of the decimal
points will be important (?) -- this is done by the dcolumn package.

(If cents don't matter, the second column should be aligned on the right
-- \begin{tabular}[cr] or so.)
