thanks, sorry, now I admit I only can remember that I read
something like this _somewhere_, i.e., about _some_
package anywhere in a contrib/.

Policy again, another type: Is it allowed/desired to post
mere guesses, without doing "homework"? -- I think it
is -- reasons on request.
