explains how to do this (second bullet in list).  iirc, macos x tetex
is pdflatex-focused -- if so, you need pdflscape rather than lscape.

i didn't think so; and a quick scan of the documentation does nothing
to make me change my mind.  the example in the doc has a multiline
lastfoot, and the syntax for that and for the running foot is the
same.
