[texhax] Using captions in longtables

Hi..All,

I want to put the caption,at the end of table.And when
i do something like this..
\begin{longtable}{...}
..... \\
......\\
\hline
\caption{It is a caption}
\end{longtable}

It comes too close to the last row of the table.What
is the solution.
