[texhax] how to let "ulem" or "soul" work with CJK

I want to underline words which pass through several lines.
I am using the "ulem" package, and I found that I must insert a space
between two chinese words to let "ulem" break the line(It is not 
nesessary for me to do so in other cases). And the "soul" package 
conflicts with CJK. What can I do to let "ulem" or "soul" word properly 
with CJK.
