[texhax] upcoming conferences: Dante, BachoTeX, Practical TeX, TUG'04

Dear TeX user,

A note about upcoming TeX conferences ...  First, two conferences in
Europe sponsored by other groups:
- the Dante 2004 conference (their 15th anniversary) is underway
  today (March 3), if you happen to be around Darmstadt right now!

- the 12th BachoTeX meeting of the Polish TeX Users Group GUST
  will take place April 30-May 4 in Bachotek, Poland.

Also, TUG 2004 will take place August 30-September 3, 2004, in Xanthi,
Greece, just after the Olympics.  A list of papers and online registration

Finally, the TeX Users Group is also sponsoring a user-oriented TeX
conference in San Francisco this summer:

  Practical TeX 2004: Training and Techniques

  July 19-22, 2004

We invite you to make a presentation and/or attend the conference.
Some of the topics will be: 
- Web Production: HTML/XML/MathML and TeX
- PDF and TeX
- Including graphics and pictures in documents
- Practices for structuring documents
- Real-world style design
- University & commercial publishing

Due date for proposals is April 1.  Please include the following:
- author name, affiliation, and contact email
- description of 200-400 words
- estimated time (e.g., 30, 45, 60 minutes)
