Sorry -- for this group I should have said $\frac{2}{3}$ or ${2 \over 3}$.
What does it say on English currency? In Canada we seem to love our
buidings since we have the repeated expressions:
"THE WEST BLOCK OF PARLIAMENT  L'EDIFICE DE L'OUEST DU PARLEMENT" and
"LA BIBLIOTHEQUE DU PARLEMENT  THE LIBRARY OF PARLIAMENT". None too
inspiring, I'm afraid. I guess we have an ediface complex. At least the 
pictures are pretty.
