    I wonder if it's possible to get LaTeX on CD instead of downloading
    from internet? If so is possible to buy it from you or where can I
    get it from?

Yes, it is very possible :).  You can get TeX Live (and CTAN) on CD (and
DVD) by joining just about any user group, including TUG.  Since you're
in Sweden, you might be interested in the Nordic users group,

You can also buy the software separately without joining anything,
either from Lehmann's Bookstore in Germany (sorry, exact url is not at
hand), or from the TUG store.

This year's edition is at the production company now and should be
available within a few weeks, depending on the speed of the world's
postal systems, etc.
