[texhax] define a \comment

\comment ..\endcomment
of LaTeX works very well in almost cases.

But... imagine the thing below:
================================

You have a input like this:

  \item AA
  \item BB
  \item CC

(\item, not of LaTeX predefined)
And sometimes, you want to get the output
    AA BB CC
and sometimes, you want to get the output
    AA CC
(not include BB)

Of cource, rewriting the TeX source isnot
the solutions. We can think of the flags:
  \get{1,2,3} to get AA BB CC
  \get{1,3}   to get AA CC

That means, \item sometimes works like a \comment.
That's the problem!!!!
