TUGboat 21 #1 shipped to Cadmus this date

I'm pleased to announce that I shipped the March issue of TUGboat
to the printer this morning.  This issue will contain the TeX Live 5 
CD-ROM as well as Graham Williams' TeX Catalog.      The mailing
should occur within the next 10-14 days.
