Hi Denis,

I think that's just fine. Actually, the result of my
own environment was completely same as yours.

Generally, the result could be different in each environment.
For example, the order of the result list is influenced
by attached catalogues, user's language settings, etc.

Anyway, I updated Texdoc so that hyphentaiton.pdf will get
additional score for searching "hyph-utf8". As a result,
the main documentation will appear in the first place of
the result list in most environments.
