Hi Victor - well, the fact that README.TEXLIVE was created is a clue
that this was intentional. The source to the .pdf was not included in
the package (so far as I could see), therefore I had to omit it.

If you have the time/energy to contact the package author(s) and ask
them to release the doc sources as well, that would be great. -k
