libpng, openjpeg, and zlib are maybe considered as garbage. However,
the distribution is complete barring the garbage. All other necessary
directories in the sources are in the binary gsdll32.dll.

I think that you had better simply use one compiled by me, which does not
include Resource etc. in the binary gsdll32.dll, with your fonts directory
and lib directory. Double resources in the gsdll32.dll and in another
directory may easily introduce confusion and troubles.

They are fonts which are incompatible from our point of view.
I also don't know what they are good for.

Available CJK fonts will be installed by Norbert and others.
