[tex-live] tl17 pretest - lualatex shell-escape

sure. this document does it for me:

\documentclass[12pt]{article}

\usepackage{minted}
\title{test}
\author{me}
\begin{document}
\maketitle

\end{document}

compiling it with lualatex --shell-escape gives an error, pdflatex
--shell-escape works fine.
